The following outlines the cancellation policies for B Boys Foam Party. We expect that you are as excited to have your party as we are to have you as one of our clients, and as such, we anticipate that cancelations are going to be few and far between. In the unfortunate instance that you must cancel your party, we require as much advance notice as possible to free up the equipment for another customer.<\/p>

We require full payment 7 days prior to the event.
<\/span><\/p>

Cancellations within 2 days of the event forfeit $50 then remainder will be refunded. If the event is rescheduled, then subsequently canceled within the 3 days, the $50 deposit will be held as a rain check for 3 months.<\/p>

Day-of-Event and Cancellations, or during Set Up will receive no refund or rain check and all future rentals will require a non-refundable 50% deposit to reserve.<\/p>

We are required to pay our staff for work canceling at the time of setup we have already incurred labor.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

B Boys Foam Party cannot guarantee weather conditions; we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule prior to the event. If severe weather conditions are imminent or if we have reason to believe that the equipment and\/or it users may be in danger we will cancel or reschedule your event. Some examples of severe weather conditions are rain, heavy wind, snow, thunder, and lightning.<\/p>

During spring, summer or fall when the temperatures are warm, we do not cancel for rain unless it is a steady rain and\/or lightning.<\/p>

WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS
<\/b>If we arrive at the event and it starts to rain, there is no refund will be issued for any reason. We will try and wait out the weather. If we cannot continue, then the event will be canceled and the time remaining will be issue in form of credit to a future party.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Supervised Children<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

B Boys Foam Party does always require a parent or responsible adult to be present at and in visual contact of any Foam Party event.\u00a0 The parent or responsible adult must at all times provide supervision of the event. This supervision requires focused attention and intentional observation of children at all times. In the event supervision is not provided, The Foam Team will end the service and depart the location without opportunity for any sort of refund.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Access to Water and Electricity<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We will require access to both water and electricity for your event.\u00a0 A standard outside water faucet and 3-pronged electrical outlet will be required within 75 feet of any event.\u00a0 Please let us know in advance if this is an issue or with any questions.\u00a0 Please note if we arrive and do not have access, we will not be able to set up the equipment and you will still be responsible for the full cost of the scheduled event.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Neither B Boys Foam Party nor any of its employees shall be responsible for any damage to property.\u00a0 This includes both above-ground and below-ground property\/equipment damage including but not limited to grass, plants, animals, buildings, trees, pools, furniture, or any other property. Additionally, we reserve the right to charge the client\u2019s credit card for damages to the equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by clients or guests. Neither The Foam Team nor its employees assume any responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client\u2019s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries are the sole responsibility of the client and\/or host.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

While your event is in effect B Boys Foam Team may be taking pictures of the party, guest, the event space, and any other involved area.\u00a0 We may use these on our Facebook page or our website or any other marketing and promotion purposes.
